Birschbach helped Ripon College win both of their games last week to remain unbeated with a 12-0-1 record, which is the best start to a season in program history, totaling three goals and three assists during the week. In Sunday's 5-1 win at Bethany Lutheran College, Birschbach recorded a school-record seventh career hat trick. That also marks her third hat trick of the season, which is tied for a school record. She now has 20 goals and 10 assists on the year, while becoming just the second player in program history to record 50 points in a season.
