Joe Kortenhof was the top finisher among the Midwest Conference runners taking part in the massive KollegeTown Invitational. Competing against a field of elite Division III runners, Kortenhof finished 37th and completed the 8,000-meters at Lake Breeze Golf Course in 25:43.5, which ties his fastest time of the season and ranks second in the MWC by 0.5 seconds. Led by Kortenhof, Lawrence also was the top MWC team in the field as the Vikings finished 18th.
