Biel was doing it all again for special teams and added a new dimension recovering his own on-side kick in Monmouth’s 24-14 win at Cornell. With the Scots leading 10-7 in the third quarter, the senior kicker recovered his own on-side kick at the Monmouth 46. The rest of his five kickoffs averaged 56.2 yards and his six punts racked up 264 yards for a 44-yard average. Biel tacked on a pair of field goals and three PATs for nine total points.
