Guo broke her own program record in the 100-fly with a time of 57.62 seconds as the Foresters placed second out of eight teams at the Carthage Classic over the weekend. It was also the fastest time in the MWC this season, as were her 53.07 in the 100-free and 1:56.70 in the 200-free, while her 2:17.95 in the 200-fly ranks third in the conference behind a pair of teammates. Guo placed in the top five in each of her four individual events and helped the 200-free (1:39.54), 200-medley (1:51.53), and 400-free (3:39.77) relays post runner-up finishes with the best times in the league this year.
