Bryce Denham averaged a double-double as Lawrence split a pair of Midwest Conference games on a brutal road trip covering more than 1,000 miles. After making the nearly 400-mile trek to Illinois College, Denham scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds while contributing three assists, two blocks and two steals in Lawrence’s 101-94 victory on Friday night. The Vikings then traveled another 270 miles to Grinnell to play the following afternoon where Denham poured in 31 points and grabbed a career-high 17 rebounds in 120-115 overtime loss to the Pioneers.
