Making his season debut in the 5000m at Friday’s meet hosted by UW-Whitewater, Potter set a lifetime best in the event. Potter paced a perfect race as he lowered his PR by eight seconds to turn in the top time in the MWC so far in 18:41.03, placing fifth overall at the meet.
