Batterton rarely missed a shot last week while averaging 25 points and eight rebounds per game. The senior forward poured in 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting in Wednesday’s 77-69 loss to Cornell and added another 26 points on 11-of-14 shooting in Saturday’s 94-90 win over Grinnell. He also pulled 12 rebounds – 10 defensive – against the Pioneers. For the week, Batterton went 20-of-28 (.714) from the floor and 10-for-12 (.833) from the free throw line.
