OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – The Midwest Conference (MWC) announced its Performers of the Week award recipients for games played November 17-23, 2025, on Monday.

MWC sports information directors nominate student-athletes for the Performer of the Week honor by sport and vote as a committee to select the winners.

For the winter season, Performers of the Week will be recognized every week on Monday (basketball) and Tuesday (swimming and diving, indoor track and field) once their seasons have been triggered (three MWC institutions competing) and will conclude the week prior to the sport-specific Conference tournament/championship.

The Performer of the Week award winners are as follows:

Men’s Basketball Performer of the Week
Cristian Rodriguez, Lake Forest College
Rodriguez averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds while shooting 57 percent from the field and 83 percent on free throws as Lake Forest won twice last week. The senior forward's 23 points and eight boards led all players in Wednesday night's 87-74 victory at Illinois Tech. He was 8-for-12 from the field and 7-for-8 at the foul line and added three assists, a blocked shot, and a steal in the contest. The Foresters defeated Macalester 99-70 on Saturday and he turned in a double-double with 15 points and a game-high 14 rebounds while once again adding three assists and a block.

Women’s Basketball Performer of the Week
Kate Adams, Lawrence University
Adams continues to improve each week as the season continues as she helped lead Lawrence to another 2-0 week while remaining undefeated on the season. During Tuesday's game versus Rockford she finished with a game-high 14 points and added 4 rebounds, and 2 assists in limited minutes. She would follow that performance up with a dominant game against Marian University on Friday night where she finished with a game-high 32 points on 10-15 shooting from the field and was 6-9 from behind the arc. Adams also added 6 steals, 4 assists and 2 rebounds.
