VANCOUVER, British Columbia – The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released its 2024-25 Scholar All-America Teams and Individual Scholar Awards on Thursday, July 3. Men’s and women’s swimming & diving programs from five Midwest Conference (MWC) member institutions earned Team Scholar All-America honors, while five student-athletes, three from women’s swimming & diving and two from men’s swimming & diving, were recognized as Individual Scholar All-Americans.
Beloit College,
Grinnell College,
Lawrence University,
Monmouth College, and
St. Norbert College were among the 763 teams from 432 institutions selected by the CSCAA for Scholar All-America Team honors for the Spring 2025 semester. To receive recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average of 3.00 or higher during the semester.
The CSCAA named over 2,700 swimmers and divers to its Scholar All-America Team, which includes student-athletes who earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher. To qualify for First Team honors, student-athletes must have participated in the national championship. Second Team honorees met a “B” time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet.
Helena Harrison of Beloit College, along with
Sophia Carroll and
Sarah Lopez of Grinnell College, earned Second Team Scholar All-America honors.
Evan Feilmeyer and
Kevin Fitzgerald, also of Grinnell, were named to the First Team.
