OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – Isabella Rozenbergas of the Lake Forest College women’s swim and dive program has been selected to compete at the NCAA Division III Women’s Swim and Dive Championships, scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 through Saturday, March 21 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Rozenbergas punched her ticket in three events - in the 400 individual medley, she went 4:25.36 back on December 6 at the Carthage Classic. In the 200 butterfly, her time of 2:03.13 last weekend at the MWC Championships set meet and conference records. Third, in the 200 individual medley, her time of 2:04.66 – also at the conference championships – established new meet, conference and pool records. The sophomore will be competing at nationals for the first time and looks to continue her momentum from an outstanding performance at the 2026 Midwest Conference Women’s Swim and Dive Championships, where she was named the MWC Women’s Swimmer of the Year after seven All-MWC performances and six event titles.

Rozenbergas will enter the pool on three consecutive days in Indianapolis. The 200 IM competition is on Wednesday, March 18, while the 400 IM is on Thursday and the 200 butterfly is Friday. Trials begin at 9 a.m. CT all three days, while the finals session kicks off at 5 p.m. CT.
