Jordan Powers - Infielder - St. Norbert College
Junior - Marinette, Wis.
Powers hit .633 during an 11-game Florida trip, going 19-for-30. He also drew 13 walks and was hit once for an on-base percentage of .750. He scored 15 runs, hit one double and had seven RBIs. He was also 10-for-12 on stolen bases.

Brian Davenport - Illinois College
Sophomore - Jacksonville, Ill.
Davenport posted a 3-0 record and a 1.93 ERA in a team-leading 28 innings of work. Davenport leads the staff with 31 strikeouts, and has only given up four extra-base hits to date. In the second game of a doubleheader against Fredonia State, at the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic in Ft. Myers, Fla., Davenport pitched a complete game, allowing just five hits and two runs, while fanning nine Fredonia batters.

Greg Suryn - Outfielder - Grinnell College
Senior - Littleton, Colo.
Suryn helped the Pioneers establish a pair of school records with a huge weekend at the plate. He went 7-for-10 in a twin bill sweep of Knox College on Saturday with eight RBIs, three doubles, three singles and a homer. In the second win, a 21-3 decision, Grinnell established new school records for runs scored in a game and RBI (20). For the season, the All-Midwest Conference South Division performer is hitting .302.

Freshman - Clarendon Hills, Ill.
Pahos had a masterful pitching performance against Knox College in the second game of a twin bill victory on Saturday. He scattered five hits and struck out seven without giving up a run in the Pioneers’ 21-3 victory. He is now 2-0 on the season with a 2.19 ERA.

Ross Donnan- First Baseman - Monmouth College
Junior - Evanston, Ill.
Donnan had the hot bat last week. In a 10-4, 7-6 sweep of Lawrence, the junior slugger picked up six hits in the twinbill, including a 4-for-4 performance in the one-run nightcap. Donnan picked up three more hits in Saturday’s 12-10, 5-3 sweep of Illinois College. For the week, Donnan hit .500 with a homer and six RBIs. He also scored five runs and collected three doubles as the Scots moved into second place in the MWC’s South Division.

Lucas Skul - Monmouth College
Freshman - Streator, Ill.
Skul was efficiency in action last week, making three appearances and earning three saves. In a 7-6 win over Lawrence last Tuesday, the freshman righty worked 1.2 innings of scoreless relief to stave off a Viking rally. He allowed just one hit each inning and didn’t allow a runner past second. He was called on again Saturday to put out a fire in the Scots’ 12-10, 5-3 double header sweep of Illinois College. In Game 1 got the call after IC plated six runs to close the gap to two. Skul earned the save when he struck out the last batter. In the nightcap, the flame-thrower induced two pop ups on the infield and recorded a strike out for his third save of the week in as many chances. Skull allowed just three hits and posted a 1.80 ERA.

Nick Beaman- Third Baseman - Ripon College
Senior - Oshkosh, Wis.
Beaman extended his current hitting streak to six games, as Ripon went 3-1 in four games last week. In doubleheaders against Lakeland College and Beloit College, Beaman combined to hit .500 (7-14) with one double, two home runs, six RBI and two runs scored. He also walked three times, including two intentional passes in one game. Beaman now has 28 career home runs, which ranks third on Ripon’s career list.

Larry Milsteadt - Monmouth College
Junior - Marquette Heights, Ill.
Milsteadt helped the Scots stay in second place in the MWC’s South Division. The junior pitcher threw 8.2 innings of five-hit ball in Monmouth’s 2-1 win over Knox, completing the double header sweep Sunday. Milsteadt fanned nine and did not give up an earned run in posting his fourth win of the season.

Drew Oswald - Outfielder - Beloit College
Senior - Appleton, Wis.
In four games last week (3-1) Oswald hit .412 (7-17) with five RBIs. Among his hits were a triple and a home run. He also scored six runs, went 3-3 on stolen bases and had a .706 slugging percentage. In a sweep at Carroll University on Saturday he went 4-8 with four RBIs, five runs scored, a triple and a home run, two stolen bases, and two hit by pitches. For the season he is hitting .315 with a home run and 16 RBIs, 16 runs scored and seven stolen bases.

Sophomore - Wautoma, Wis.
Blader hurled a four-hit complete game shutout in Monday’s 6-0 win over Beloit College. In his nine innings of work, Blader struck out six batters and walked two, improving his season record to 2-3.

Garrick Fisher - Infielder - St. Norbert College
Junior - Appleton, Wis.
Fisher hit .500 this past week as St. Norbert went 4-2. Fisher was 14-for-28 with 10 runs scored, three home runs and 10 RBIs. He also had one double, one walk and one hit by pitch and did not strike out for an OBP of .533.

Senior - Kimberly, Wis.
Wierschke hurled his first no-hitter in a Ripon uniform in Saturday’s 21-0 victory over Lawrence to improve his season record to 3-2. In that game, Wierschke struck out nine and walked three, as he lowered his season ERA to 3.29.

Mike Nodzenski - Catcher - Grinnell College
Junior - Naperville, Ill.
Nodzenski enjoyed a record-breaking week for Grinnell. In an 18-2 victory over Monmouth College, he set a Pioneer school record with nine RBI and tied the school mark for home runs in a game with three. In the second game of the doubleheader, he tied Grinnell’s program record for home runs in a season with 12. In six games during the week, Nodzenski hit .625, going 15-of-24 at the plate with seven homers, a double and 19 RBI. The two-time Midwest Conference South Division Player of the Year also had a spotless 1.000 fielding percentage during that span as Grinnell finished with an 11-1 mark in the division.

Ben Pope - Grinnell College
Junior - Maryville, Tenn.
Pope, the defending Midwest Conference South Division Pitcher of the Year, tossed four-hit ball over six innings and struck out six in an 18-1 victory over Monmouth College. Pope also entered a game against Simpson College to pick up his first save of the year, fanning two batters in 1.1 innings. For the season, Pope is 4-2 with a 3.04 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 56.1 innings.
