Emily Schudrowitz - St. Norbert College
Senior - Wauwatosa, Wis.
Schudrowitz blitzed a 4 year old SNC school record in the 300m dash with a time of 42.24. Her time shattered the old record by nearly a full second. Schudrowitz also ran a leg on the winning 4x400m relay team.

Allison Devor - Monmouth College
Junior - St. Charles, Ill.
Devor logged the two of the top throws in the nation as Monmouth won the nine-team Sol Butler Invitational last weekend. The junior won the weight throw by more than 5’ with a nation’s best 56’6.75”. Devor also won the shot put, uncorking a throw of 45’3.5” which ranks as the second-best throw in Division III. The mark was just one inch off her personal best.\

Melissa Norville - Illinois College
Junior - Batavia, Ill.
Norville blew away the competition at the Snowbird Open on Saturday, clocking a time of 9.03 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles to take first place. Norville’s time ranks sixth nationally. The IC junior also took first in the triple jump (39 feet, 11 1/2 inches) and long jump (18 feet, 8 inches). She ranks first in the nation in the triple jump and second in the long jump.

Raven Robinson - Monmouth College
Sophomore - Peoria, Ill.
Robinson threw her best in two events at Saturday’s Fighting Scot Invitational, finihsing second in both events. The sophomore unleashed a personal-best 42’6” in the shot put, ranking her second in the league. Robinson also had a lifetime-best weight throw where she threw the weight 49’4-1/2”, also good for second place in the Midwest Conference.

Melissa Norville - Illinois College
Junior - Batavia, Ill.
Norville was best in both the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles on Friday at the Principia Relays in Elsah, Illinois. Norville clocked a time of 8.06 seconds in the 60-meter dash and a time of 9.15 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles. Norville currently holds the top mark in the Midwest Conference in the 60-meter dash. She is nationally ranked in three events: the triple jump (first), long jump (third) and 60-meter hurdles (seventh).

Megan Stringer - Illinois College
Junior - Assumption, Ill.
Stringer won the long jump and placed in three others at the Principia Relays on Friday in Elsah, Illinois. Stringer topped the field in the long jump with a mark of 16 feet, 6 3/4 inches. She was also seventh in the shot put with a toss of 27 feet, 2 3/4 inches. On the track, she was third in the 60-meter hurdles (9.60 seconds); she also helped the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay team to a third-place showing (4:33.12).

Rachel Bowden - Monmouth College
Junior - Farmer City, Ill.
Bowden was off and running to help the Fighting Scots win last week’s 19-team Jim Green Invitational. The junior won the mile by shaving 10 seconds off her league-leading time. Bowden clocked a 5:10.34 to edge a pair of Truman State runners in breaking the tape. She showed her versatility by also running a leg on the third-place 4x400 relay team. The foursome clocked a conference-best 4:11.38.

Devor unleashed the nation’s second-best throw in helping the Fighting Scots win last week’s 19-team Jim Green Invitational. The junior unleashed a school-record and league-leading toss of 60’1-1/4” to easily win the weight throw. She placed third in the shot put with an effort of 43’3”.
