Sophomore - Honolulu, Hawaii
Miller tied the school’s single-game record with 22 total tackles in Cornell’s 41-39 win at Lawrence. He tallied 16 tackles in the first half and finished with 11 solo stops. Miller also reached the 200-tackle mark for his career with 201.

Bryce Jones - Linebacker - Lake Forest College
Junior - El Mirage, Ariz.
Jones finished Lake Forest’s 20-16 victory over Lawrence on Saturday with eight tackles, including 4.0 tackles for loss (three solos, two assisted tackles) and a pair of sacks. Petr Bohacek - Defensive Line - St. Norbert College
Senior - Prague, Czech Republic
Bohacek finished with a team-high 15 tackles with 2.5 tackles-for-loss, two quarterback sacks and one fumble recovery in St. Norbert’s 35-31 win over Ripon.

Anthony Parker-Defensive Back - St. Norbert College
Junior - Fond du Lac, Wis.
Parker led the St. Norbert defense during a 28-21 overtime win over Carroll. Parker finished with a team-high 11 tackles, intercepted two passes, had one tackle-for-loss and a half quarterback sack. The Green Knights held the Pioneers to 285 yards of total offense.

Jeremy Demlow - Linebacker - Cornell College
Junior - Oceanside, Calif.
Demlow had an interception return for a touchdown and one tackle for loss in Cornell’s 48-8 road win over Beloit. His 47-yard pick six gave the Rams a 28-0 lead shortly after intermission. Cornell’s defense limited Beloit to 204 yards. The eight points allowed are the fewest in a Cornell victory since 2004.

Josh Zank - Defensive End - Carroll University
Senior - Green Bay, Wis.
Zank forced two fumbles and returned an interception for a touchdown to lead the Carroll University football team to a 55-6 victory over Lawrence University. Zank also recorded five total tackles, including two and half sacks.

Jon Petkoff - Defensive Back - Ripon College
Junior - Delavan, Wis.
Petkoff led Ripon’s defensive effort in the Red Hawks 37-21 victory over Grinnell College on Saturday. He tallied nine tackles (five solo), while also recording his team-leading third sack of the season for a loss of nine yards to go along with one interception.

Keith Hunter II - Defensive Back - Illinois College
Senior - Saint Louis, Mo.
Hunter II helped Illinois College get off to a quick start on Saturday, intercepting a Knox pass on the Prairie Fire’s opening possession and returning it 50 yards for a touchdown to give Illinois College a 7-0 lead. Hunter also made four tackles, including three solos, in the Blueboys’ 49-29 win.

Jacob Lindmair - Defensive Back - Carroll University
Junior - Mukwonago, Wis.
Lindmair show why Carroll University’s defense is ranked No. 1 in the Midwest Conference, helping the Pioneers to a 31-14 victory over Cornell College. Lindmair helped hold the league’s No. 1 passing offense to just 121 yards in the air (157 total). The junior from Mukwonago, Wis. recorded six tackles, forced a fumble and returned an interception for a touchdown.

Kurt Frischman - Defensive Line - Illinois College
Junior - Arnold, Mo.
Frischman had another standout performance in Illinois College’s 50-28 win over Cornell College on Saturday, tallying seven tackles, including 3 1/2 tackles for losses totaling 24 yards. Two of those were quarterback sacks, one of which forced a fumble that was recovered by Illinois College. Frischman also batted down two passes at the line of scrimmage and recorded one quarterback hurry.

Neal Layng - Defensive Back - Carroll University
Senior - Rockton, Ill.
Layng picked off two Illinois College passes, returning one for a touchdown, to lead the Carroll University football team to a 49-14 Midwest Conference road victory at Illinois College. The victory gives the Pioneers their first 8-win season since 1992. Layng, a senior from Rockton, Ill., also recorded nine tackles for the top-ranked Pioneer defense.
