Brock Reisler joined the Midwest Conference (MWC) staff in June 2025 as the Assistant Executive Director. In this role, he oversees sports information and communications, coordinates end-of-season tournaments and championships, and serves as advisor of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Reisler comes from MWC member institution Ripon College where he worked from June 2023 - June 2025 as the Director of Athletic Communications. During his tenure with the Red Hawks, Brock elevated the quantity and quality of content posted to the athletic department’s website, as well as collaborated with the institution’s marketing department to promote the success of Ripon College student-athletes, coaches and teams. He also assisted with regular-season game day administration and the institution’s hosting of the 2024 MWC Indoor Track & Field Championship and 2024 & 2025 MWC Women’s Basketball Tournaments.
Reisler was a member of the Midwest Conference Awards & Recognition Committee and serves as the league’s representative to the NCAA Division III Men’s Tennis Region VII Committee. He has been on multiple coaching search committees and participated on the Ripon College Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.
Reisler earned Bachelor’s degrees in Sport Management and Marketing from Ohio University (2021), and a Master’s degree in Leadership in Higher Education from Pepperdine University (2023). While at Ohio, he was the head baseball student manager for the Division I program from 2017-2019, traveling with the team and assisting with social media content, film, team travel and on-field operations. Reisler served as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant at Pepperdine, where he was the primary media contact for the Waves’ nationally-ranked Division I men’s and women’s tennis programs, along with women’s swimming and diving.
Reisler is a native of Bonduel, Wisconsin, and currently lives with his wife Michelle and son Emmett in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
