The Midwest Conference welcomed Greta Norville to the office staff in July 2026. As the Assistant Director of Sports Communications and Marketing, Norville works closely with the Assistant Executive Director to execute the league’s sport communications program, assist with award programs, and serve as a lead strategist in the development and implementation of a strategic branding campaign.
 
The position, in part subsidized by NCAA Division III grant funding, aims to create opportunities and advance Division III athletics by providing funding for full-time, entry-level athletics administrative positions for two academic years.
 
Norville graduated in May 2026 from Lake Forest College with a degree in Business,concentration in Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. As an undergraduate student, Norville spent four years as a student worker in the athletic department before transitioning into an internship during the spring semester of her senior year. As Sports Information Intern, she assisted with the production of the department’s webstreaming services and published content for GoForesters.com, including promotional features for Forester Athletes of the Week. Norville also created graphics and digital game programs and served as a public address announcer, statistician, and photographer.
 
A member of Lake Forest’s women’s soccer program for three years, Norville helped the Foresters win three Midwest Conference championships, two Midwest Conference tournaments and advance to a pair of NCAA Tournaments – culminating in a second round appearance in 2025. She also managed the Lake Forest men’s basketball program for four years.
 
Norville is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently lives in Neenah, Wisconsin.
