Currently the Associate Executive Director, Chassidy Holloway was hired August 2017 as the Midwest Conference Director of Sports Administration before being promoted to the Assistant Executive Director for External Relations. She was named Assistant Executive Director in July 2021 and promoted to Associate Executive Director and MWC Senior Woman Administrator in July 2022.

As Associate Executive Director, Holloway contributes to both internal and external operations of the league, as well as overseeing all sports information responsibilities. Within the internal operations sphere, Chassidy serves as the MWC Administrator of Championships and End-of-Season Tournaments, assists in the administration of the NCAA DIII Conference Grant and serves as Conference SAAC Advisor. She is the primary contact for the league's sport-specific and sports information vendor agreements and relations.

Holloway received her Master of Education in Sport & Wellness Leadership from Howard Payne University. While at Howard Payne, Holloway was a graduate assistant in the department of kinesiology but donated numerous hours as a volunteer coach for the women’s basketball program and home athletic event administrator. Hunter Sims, Howard Payne Director of Athletics, says of Holloway: “Chassidy is intentional about her career path. She wants to be an athletic administrator and brings that perspective to the work that she does - she will be a tremendous fit for the position.”

As an undergraduate, Holloway served as a student assistant to the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, as well as student manager of the women’s basketball program. She also worked as a football athletic training student intern at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, where she ultimately obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science.

“What impresses me about Chassidy is her genuine passion for athletic administration even though she was never a collegiate student-athlete,” says Heather Benning, Midwest Conference Executive Director. “Student-athletes, simply by virtue of their co-curricular participation in sport, are introduced to the structure of college athletics, conference affiliation and NCAA affiliation. Chassidy navigated into these spheres on her own, crafting an impressive resume along the way.”

Beyond the Midwest Conference, Holloway is involved in Women Leaders in Sport, serving as the lead Circle Facilitator for Conference Administrators. She currently serves on the NCAA DIII Women's Soccer Regional Advisory Committee and also has served as an NCAA Tournament site rep for multiple sports, for DI, DII and DIII events.
