MWC Performers of the Week - November 18, 2025

OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – The Midwest Conference (MWC) announced its Performers of the Week award recipients for games played November 10-16, 2025, on Tuesday.
 
MWC sports information directors nominate student-athletes for the Performer of the Week honor by sport and vote as a committee to select the winners.
 
For the fall and winter seasons, Performers of the Week will be recognized every week on Monday (football, soccer, basketball) and Tuesday (cross country, women’s tennis, volleyball, swimming and diving, indoor track and field) once their seasons have been triggered (three MWC institutions competing) and will conclude the week prior to the sport-specific Conference tournament/championship.
 
The Performer of the Week award winners are as follows:
 
Men’s Swim and Dive Performer of the Week
Tariq McLarty, Monmouth College
Tariq McLarty held the Scots to a win at Millikin on Saturday by winning four events, two individual and two relays. McLarty won the 200 freestyle by nearly eight seconds with a time of 1:51.01. He also won the 100 butterfly in 54.72 seconds. McLarty swam on two winning relays, the 200 medley and the 200 free. In the meet-deciding 200 free relay, McLarty pulled out the win with a 21.88 second split as the anchor.
 
Women’s Swim and Dive Performer of the Week
Ally Boyer, St. Norbert College
Boyer had four event wins against UW-Oshkosh, including a pool record in the 400 IM with a time of 4:52.40. She also won the 100 breaststroke (1:08.71), the 200 breaststroke (2:31.29) and was on the winning team of the 200 medley relay (1:52.86).
