INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – For the third straight year, Beloit College will represent the Midwest Conference (MWC) in the NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament. The Buccaneers (30-14) finished second in the regular-season standings with a 14-7 MWC record and rallied from the loser’s bracket to win the 2025 MWC Baseball Tournament title, claiming the league’s automatic qualifier.
Beloit will travel to Saint Peter, Minnesota, to face regional host Gustavus Adolphus College (36-7) in the first game, scheduled for Friday, May 16.
The Gusties, ranked 3
rd in NCAA Region IX, captured the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) regular-season title and went on to win their first MIAC Tournament championship, earning an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.
In Friday’s second game, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (31-13) will take on the University of Chicago (26-14), with both teams receiving at-large bids to the NCAA Tournament.
Game times have not yet been announced. Saturday, May 17, will feature elimination games, with two teams advancing to compete for the regional championship on Sunday, May 18.
