HILBERT, Wisconsin — The American Baseball Coaches Association announced its Team Academic Excellence Award winners presented by Sports Attack on Wednesday.
To qualify and be recognized with the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award, college programs must have a minimum GPA 3.00 for the year and their head coach must be a current ABCA member.
Five Midwest Conference programs – Beloit College, Cornell College, Grinnell College, Monmouth College and Ripon College – were selected as award recipients for their work in the classroom.
