OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – The Midwest Conference (MWC) announced its Performers of the Week award recipients for games played September 22-28, 2025, on Tuesday.
MWC sports information directors nominate student-athletes for the Performer of the Week honor by sport and vote as a committee to select the winners.
For the fall season, Performers of the Week will be recognized every week on Monday (football, soccer) and Tuesday (cross country, women’s tennis, volleyball) once their seasons have been triggered (three MWC institutions competing) and will conclude the week prior to the sport-specific Conference tournament/championship.

Women’s Cross Country Performer of the Week
Hannah Roark, Grinnell College
Roark finished second of 87 runners at the Central Dutch Open on Friday, recording a time of 23 minutes, 20.4 seconds in the 6-kilometer race. Her efforts helped regionally-ranked Grinnell to a runner-up placing in the team standings, finishing only nationally-ranked Central.
Women’s Tennis Performer of the Week
Tansy Graves, Cornell College
Graves led the Rams to their first series win over rival Coe since 2004 with a 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 dual-clinching victory at No. 3 singles, improving the team's overall record to 8-1. The junior finished the weekend 2-1, which included a 6-0, 6-0 win over Simpson at No. 1 singles in a dual the Rams won 7-0. Graves raised her season record to 12-5.
Volleyball Defensive Performer of the Week
Ella Becker, Cornell College
Becker was named all-tournament at the Wartburg Invitational, capping a strong 3-0 week for the Rams. The senior libero averaged 5.4 digs per set, highlighted by a career-high 30 digs in a 3-2 comeback win over 25th-ranked Carthage. Becker became the fourth Ram in program history to eclipse 1,700 digs in a career.
Volleyball Offensive Performer of the Week
Ashlin Nottestad, Cornell College
Nottestad posted a .234 attack percentage with 2.85 kills per set during Cornell's 3-0 week. The first-year outside hitter was named all-tournament at the Wartburg Invitational, which saw her post a collegiate-best 16 kills on .414 hitting in a 3-2 comeback win over 25th-ranked Carthage.
