OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – At the conclusion of the regular season, the Ripon women’s basketball program has been ranked 18th by D3hoops.com in the organization’s latest rankings.
 
Boasting an overall record of 23-2, Ripon tied the school record for single season wins with an 88-53 victory over Beloit College last Saturday (February 21). In the process, Ripon became the first team in Midwest Conference women’s basketball history to complete an undefeated season – winning all 16 league games. The Red Hawks have won 18 consecutive games with their last loss coming on November 30.
 
Head coach Lauren Busalacchi’s squad ranks inside the top 10 nationally in four different categories: rebound margin (second), field goal percentage (eighth), scoring margin (ninth) and winning percentage (ninth).
 
Ripon, ranked 15th in the latest Women’s Basketball Coaches Association poll, hosts the 2026 Midwest Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament for the eighth consecutive season this upcoming weekend (February 27-28). The Red Hawks face off against Cornell College in the semifinals on Friday night at 5pm.
