OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – Grinnell College and Lake Forest College continue to be ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Women’s Computerized Team Rankings, announced by the organization on Wednesday.
With a record of 17-7, Grinnell (#25) advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the sixth consecutive season. Last weekend, the Pioneers defeated Wheaton (Ill.) 4-0 in the first round before falling 5-0 to #14 Kenyon in round two.
Lake Forest College (16-5) is 53rd this week. The Foresters defeated Cornell 4-3 in the MWC Tournament semifinals on May 2 before falling 4-0 to Grinnell and coming up one match short of the NCAA Tournament.
