OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced its 2026 Division III All-Region teams on Friday afternoon, with eight Midwest Conference softball players among the 386 student-athletes recognized nationwide.
Cornell College’s Corrin Kennedy, along with Illinois College’s Jordan Closs and Ezzy Mauermann, earned first team honors. The second team recognized Cornell’s Linnea Drever, IC’s Cambria Currie and Lake Forest College’s Lia Taglia and Kaia Mismash. On the third team was Zoe Doherty from Lawrence University and Peyton Vandeloo from Ripon College.
The NFCA All-Region distinction honors student-athletes from the Association’s 10 regions, with selections made to one of three teams. Head coaches who are NFCA members nominate and vote for the honorees in their respective regions.
