GRINNELL, Iowa – The 2025 Midwest Conference (MWC) Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Champions will be crowned this weekend as the league’s eight sponsoring institutions compete at the Russell K. Osgood Pool and Deck on the campus of Grinnell College.
 
The championship meet begins on Thursday, February 20, with the 800 freestyle relay finals at 7:00 p.m. and continues through Sunday, February 23. Preliminary rounds start at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Finals begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Grinnell College’s men’s and women’s squads swept both championship titles at the 2024 Championships and have done so for the past three seasons. Heading into the weekend, the Pioneer men rank No. 23 in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Top 25 and sixth in the West-Midwest-South regional rankings, while the women’s team ranks ninth in the Central region.
