OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – The Midwest Conference (MWC) announced its Performers of the Week award recipients for games played March 16-22, 2026, on Monday.

MWC sports information directors nominate student-athletes for the Performer of the Week honor by sport and vote as a committee to select the winners.

For the spring seasons, Performers of the Week will be recognized every week on Monday (baseball, softball) and Tuesday (men’s tennis, outdoor track and field) once their seasons have been triggered (three MWC institutions competing) and will conclude the week prior to the sport-specific Conference tournament/championship.

The Performer of the Week award winners are as follows:

Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Roy Ralston, Monmouth College
Roy Ralston had another great outing as he came out of the bullpen on Friday at Rockford. In just four innings, the right-hander struck out 10 to tie his career high. He allowed two hits and no earned runs in the outing while walking one. He has 19 strikeouts in his last 10 innings and he leads the MWC with 37 strikeouts on the season.

Baseball Positional Performer of the Week

The junior shortstop swiped second and third after each of her three singles and scored three runs while driving in one in the contest. Game two was a 19-10 five-inning victory for the Foresters with Mismash going 2-for-4 with three more stolen bases, another RBI and three runs scored.
