Claussen-Tubbs, Gardner Earn Spots at 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships

OSHKOSH, Wisconsin – Two Midwest Conference women’s indoor track and field athletes have qualified for the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. The two-day event will take place on March 13-14 at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama, hosted by the city of Birmingham.
 
Cornell College’s Ava Claussen-Tubbs was a qualifier in the 800-meter run, while Illinois College’s Riley Gardner will compete this upcoming week in the high jump.
 
For each individual event, the top 20 declared student-athletes earned a place in the championship field.
