MWC Student-Athletes Qualify for 2024 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Eight Midwest Conference (MWC) student-athletes will travel to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track Field Championships May 23-25 at the Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
 
Beloit College’s Candis Damtse (women’s 400m) and Grinnell College’s Lucas Fadden (men’s 100m) will compete in the track events.
 
In the field events, Ripon College’s Ben Fisher will participate in the men’s high jump and teammate Dameco Walker will challenge the field in the men’s long jump and men’s triple jump. Illinois College’s Dylan Doss will join Walker in the long jump. Monmouth College’s Caleb Toberman qualified for the men’s discus, while Cornell College duo Hailey Carolan and Natalie McAllister were selected for the women’s high jump and heptathlon, respectively. 
 
For each individual event contested, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the competition.
